la di da

I don't really have anything noteworthy to blog about. I'm pretty bored. Ryan's at school and I'm procrastinating going to the gym because I didn't shave my legs today and I can't go in the kitchen because I'm trying to cut back on the amount of garbage and sugar I eat. There's evil cookies and cupcakes in the kitchen. My friend started eating a Butterfinger but knew that she would be tempted to eat the second half so she mushed it up with ketchup (which she hates) and threw it away. I heard that today and thought it was really funny. We're doing 'The Biggest Loser / Gainer" at work. Some of the engineers want to increase their body mass. Curse them. We're all trying to help each other get a little healthier. We'll take any ideas you have! Have a good day! -Melissa

Chase is doing a biggest loser with his bros and dad. The winner gets a rifle. He's in the lead and has lost about 40 pounds. Wow, huh! He says part of his success is one egg & one piece of toast for breakfast. :) Good luck being healthy.

i have two eggs in the morning, but take out the yoke on one of them to lower the fat. pretty simple trick because they still taste like yummy scrambled eggs.

You of all people shouldn't be worried about your weight! You always look great. But I'm a big fan of anyone trying to be healthier.... I always compromise with myself: like, if I get an apple or sandwich or something else healthy and I STILL want that cookie, then I can have it. Or maybe just half of it, and save the other half for later. Little tricks like that. Or I just say - forget it - and devour all the cupcakes then go on a long run the next day! :) I'm no help, I know.
